Shipping policy
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are not included in the shipping fee and remain the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN PROCEDURE
If your order is not right for you, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We do not offer exchanges: please return the item(s) and place a new order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging and in perfect resale condition.

How do I return my parcel?
1. Contact customer service at contact@frenchabroadparis.com or via WhatsApp at +33 6 41 34 35 84.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label. Print it, attach it to the sealed parcel and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), to the payment method used for the order. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and the refund.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
