Today, many brands grow online. Social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing allow people from all over the world to discover new brands in just a few seconds. We are lucky to see this every day - people find us online, order from different countries, and become part of our community!
But even though we sell well online, opening a physical store is still incredibly important for FRENCH ABROAD.
A website can show photos and videos, but it cannot replace a real conversation. When someone walks into a boutique, something different happens. You can talk, ask questions, share stories, and connect in a more personal way.

One of our favorite things in the store is our map. When visitors come in, we invite them to put a pin on it to show where they are from. Over time, the map becomes a visual story of our community - people from different cities and countries all connected through the same place.

Another thing that a screen simply cannot replace is the experience of touching the fabric. Feeling the quality of a sweater, seeing the colors in real life, and trying on different pieces makes a huge difference. Clothes look one way online, but they often feel completely different once you wear them. In the boutique, people can take their time. They can try on different styles, see how the pieces fit, and find something that truly suits them. Sometimes the best discoveries happen when you try something you didn’t expect.

The store also becomes a place to meet people. Visitors talk to us, talk to each other, and share recommendations about Paris, travel, and fashion. It creates a small moment of connection that doesn’t exist in the digital world.
For tourists, the boutique can also be a nice stop during a day in Paris. Whether you are exploring neighborhoods, going to a café, or visiting museums, stopping by the store can be a simple and fun part of the experience. It’s a place where you can take a break, discover something unique, and leave with a piece that reminds you of your time in the city!

In the end, online stores help us reach the world. But physical spaces help us connect with people.
And that connection is something the digital world will never fully replace.
Come to visit us at 55 rue la Condamine!
